# 4.3	Token distribution

The initial supply of Baby Shark Universe tokens will be distributed in the following proportions:

• **Seed Round:** 4% (34M tokens), 0% at TGE, 5-month cliff, then released over 12 months.

• **Private Sale Round:** 8% (68M tokens), 0% at TGE, 5-month cliff, then released over 12 months.

• **Liquidity & Exchanges:** 8% (68M tokens), 8% released at TGE, fully unlocked.

• **Marketing:** 4% (34M tokens), 4% released at TGE, fully unlocked.

• **Operation & Development:** 8% (68M tokens), 1.76% released at TGE, 11-month cliff, then released over 24 months.

• **Team:** 10% (85M tokens), 0% at TGE, 11-month cliff, then released over 24 months.

• **Advisors & Partners:** 8% (68M tokens), 0% at TGE, 11-month cliff, then released over 24 months.
